Sausage Gravy And Egg Sliders
Sunday breakfast just got a whole lot better with these sausage gravy sliders. Everyone loves sausage gravy so making it in slider form is next level for sandwiches that are oozing with sausage egg and cheese. This is the ultimate weekend breakfast.

Ingredients
- 12 small or 6 larger slider buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 beaten eggs
- 0 salt
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 cup flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 0 salt
- 0 black pepper
- 0 cheddar cheese slices
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Slice 12 small or 6 larger slider buns in half.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet.
- Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and season with salt.
- Cook the eggs, stirring with a spatula until almost set.
- Brown the sausage in 2 tablespoons of butter until cooked through.
- Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and whisk it into the sausage.
- Slowly pour in the milk and continue whisking until thickened.
- Season the sausage gravy with salt and lots of black pepper.
- Spoon the eggs over the slider halves and top with the sausage gravy, then cheese slices.
- Top with the other half of the slider buns and brush the tops with the melted butter.
- Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
