Dumpling Buns
Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these dumpling buns with scallions are perfect as a snack or dinner option. Easy to make, and a treat to the tastebuds.

Ingredients
- 8.8 oz flour
- 8.8 oz Greek yogurt
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 17.6 oz chicken mince
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 1 tsp garlic grated
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochujang paste
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 black pepper to taste
- 0.5 tsp msg (optional)
- 0 vegetable oil
- 0 water
Instructions
- Mix flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder together except for the spring onions. Knead until smooth. Add more flour if it's too sticky.
- Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a circle. Top with spring onions and press them into the dough.
- In a bowl, mix chicken mince, sliced spring onions, grated garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, gochujang paste, cornstarch, soy sauce, black pepper, and msg.
- Fill each piece of dough with the dumpling mixture and pinch the edges to seal the buns.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the buns until golden brown on both sides. Add a splash of water to the pan and cover to steam briefly.
- Serve the dumpling buns with a sauce of your choice.
