Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz flour
  • 8.8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 17.6 oz chicken mince
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic grated
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 tsp msg (optional)
  • 0 vegetable oil
  • 0 water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder together except for the spring onions. Knead until smooth. Add more flour if it's too sticky.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a circle. Top with spring onions and press them into the dough.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken mince, sliced spring onions, grated garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, gochujang paste, cornstarch, soy sauce, black pepper, and msg.
  4. Fill each piece of dough with the dumpling mixture and pinch the edges to seal the buns.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the buns until golden brown on both sides. Add a splash of water to the pan and cover to steam briefly.
  6. Serve the dumpling buns with a sauce of your choice.
