Hot Honey Halloumi Chicken Pasta
A delicious high-protein pasta dish with spicy hot honey halloumi, juicy chicken, and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 3.52 oz Chicken Breast diced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0 Oil Spray
- 1.76 oz Linguine
- 5.07 fl oz Water reserved pasta water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 7 count Cherry Tomatoes
- 0 Oil Spray
- 0 Water
- 1.06 oz Cream Cheese
- 0.5 Chicken Stock Cube
- 0 Linguine
- 5.07 fl oz Reserved Pasta Water
- 1.06 oz Halloumi
- 0 Oil Spray
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0 Lemon Juice
- 0 Chili Flakes
- 0 Fresh Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken breast with paprika, garlic salt, and onion powder. Spray with oil and mix well.
- Cook the linguine in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Save 150ml of pasta water.
- Spray a pan with oil and add the chicken breast. Fry for 5-10 minutes until cooked. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes with a dash of water. Let the tomatoes blister then break down with a spatula.
- Add the cream cheese and stock cube, then the linguine to the pan. Pour in 150ml of the reserved pasta water and let the sauce simmer and thicken.
- Chop the halloumi into chunks and fry in a sprayed pan on medium heat until browned.
- Mix honey, a squeeze of lemon juice, and chili flakes to make the hot honey. Drizzle over cooked halloumi and turn off the heat.
- Add the chicken pasta to a bowl. Top with the halloumi and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
