Sticky Banana Bread Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 4 pieces bananas
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 pieces eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups butter melted
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 cups butter
- 1 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake bakes, prepare the toffee sauce by combining butter, heavy cream, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then pour the toffee sauce over the cake.
