- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup butter softened
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup brown butter cooled slightly
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grate the carrots finely.
- Prepare the dough by combining flour, sourdough starter, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and the grated carrots.
