Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Flour
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 fillet Tilapia Fillet
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 Avocado diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 0.25 cup Red Onion chopped
- 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the flour mixture by combining flour, salt, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
- Coat the tilapia fillets with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere and shake off any excess.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the coated tilapia fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Dice the avocados, chop the red onion, and cilantro, then mix with lime juice in a bowl.
- Serve the pan-fried tilapia topped with the freshly prepared avocado salsa.
