Hot Honey, Feta & Scrambled Egg Loaded Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 0 hash browns store-bought or homemade
- 0.5 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 egg
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.7 ounce feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon hot honey to taste
- 0.5 tablespoon chives chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 0.5 tablespoon crispy onions store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- Cook as many hash browns as you like in the oven or air fryer at 180°C fan (356°F) or 200°C (392°F) for 15-17 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat and add a little butter or olive oil.
- Crack 2 eggs straight into the pan. Add a pinch of salt and cook slowly, using a spatula or wooden spoon to gently push the eggs from the edges into the center. Remove from the heat just before fully cooked.
- Plate the cooked hash browns and top with scrambled eggs. Crumble over 20g of feta cheese.
- Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with chopped chives, a pinch of sesame seeds, and crispy onions.
