Baked Sea Bass with Mango Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1.8 lbs Sea Bass Fillet Bake with skin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0 salt
  • 0 black pepper
  • 2 mango diced into cubes
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 pieces lime juice from fresh limes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0 salt
  • 0 black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil setting on high. Place the totoaba on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the fish in the oven and broil for 7-8 minutes or until almost fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mango, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove the fish from the oven and place it on a serving platter. Spoon the mango ceviche over the top to serve.
