Rosemary Garlic Focaccia Muffins
Soft on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside, these shareable focaccia muffins topped with a buttery rosemary and garlic topping are the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3.5 cups bread flour
- 1.5 cups water warm
- 0 dough prepared focaccia dough
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 0 olive oil with rosemary and garlic prepared in previous step
Instructions
- Prepare the dough for the focaccia by mixing active dry yeast, honey, bread flour, and water until combined. Let it proof for approximately 10 minutes until frothy.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal strips. Place the strips in a muffin pan and allow them to sit for about 2 hours until fully expanded.
- Dimple the dough to create large air bubbles. Mince rosemary sprigs and garlic cloves.
- Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a small pan and cook the minced rosemary and garlic for 30 seconds.
- Drizzle the infused olive oil over the risen dough in the muffin pan. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
