Whipped Brie Honey Butter Toast
A delicious appetizer variation of the viral honey butter toast from Arôme bakery, featuring whipped brie cheese and floral lavender salt for a savory and sweet experience.

Ingredients
- 3 slices Brioche bread Each slice should be about 2.5 inches thick.
- 0 Parchment paper
- 7 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 5 tbsp Brown sugar
- 0 Salt
- 2.5 tbsp Honey Plus extra for drizzling
- 5 oz Brie cheese
- 1 oz Cream cheese
- 0 Lavender flowers to taste
- 0 Flaky salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 380°F (193°C).
- Cut off the edges of the brioche bread and slice each piece into 2 thick rectangles.
- Place the bread slices on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake them for 2 minutes on each side.
- Mix unsalted softened butter, brown sugar, pinch of salt, and honey in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of the honey butter on all sides of each brioche rectangle.
- Bake the honey butter-coated toasts for 8-11 minutes on the first side and 6-7 minutes on the second side until they are deeply golden.
- Allow the toasts to cool on a wire rack for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, whip the brie cheese with cream cheese until smooth.
- Pipe or spread the whipped cheese over the cooled toasts.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey, lavender flowers, and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
