Crispy Potato Balls
Delicious and fun-to-eat crispy potato balls that remind you of hashbrowns. Perfectly paired with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces gold potatoes
- 0 cups water enough to cover potatoes
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 3 tbsp parmesan or Gruyère cheese shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0 cups neutral cooking oil for frying
- 0 parsley for topping
- 0 parmesan or Gruyère cheese for topping
- 0 dipping sauce choice of ranch, furikake kewpie, creamy garlic, etc.
Instructions
- Peel and boil 3 gold potatoes for 15 minutes or until they are tender when poked with a fork.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and let them cool to the touch.
- Mix in 4 tbsp of cornstarch, 2 tbsp of parsley, 3 tbsp shredded parmesan or Gruyère cheese, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Form the mixture into mini ball-shaped potatoes.
- Heat neutral cooking oil in a fryer or deep pan to 330°F. Carefully add the potato balls and fry until they are golden brown.
- Let the fried potato balls cool on a drying rack. Plate with additional parsley and cheese on top.
- Serve the crispy potato balls with your choice of dipping sauce.
