Quick 20-Minute Soup Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0 snap peas ends cut and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 0 carrot ribbons use a potato peeler to make ribbons
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 0 green onions chopped, half for skillet
- 10 count frozen chicken soup dumplings
- 24 oz chicken bone broth or any broth of choice
- 0 green onions chopped, remaining for topping
- 0 coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 0 everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
- 0 crunchy onion chili TJ's optional topping
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add snap peas, carrot ribbons, minced garlic, and half the chopped green onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Create space in the skillet for the soup dumplings. Add the frozen chicken soup dumplings and let them cook for 5 minutes to sear.
- Pour in 24 oz of chicken bone broth. Cover the skillet and let the dumplings simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve the soup dumplings in a bowl. Top with the remaining chopped green onions, a drizzle of coconut aminos or soy sauce, a sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning, and a spoonful of crunchy onion chili if desired.
