Quick 20-Minute Soup Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0 snap peas ends cut and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 0 carrot ribbons use a potato peeler to make ribbons
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 0 green onions chopped, half for skillet
  • 10 count frozen chicken soup dumplings
  • 24 oz chicken bone broth or any broth of choice
  • 0 green onions chopped, remaining for topping
  • 0 coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 0 everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
  • 0 crunchy onion chili TJ's optional topping

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add snap peas, carrot ribbons, minced garlic, and half the chopped green onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Create space in the skillet for the soup dumplings. Add the frozen chicken soup dumplings and let them cook for 5 minutes to sear.
  3. Pour in 24 oz of chicken bone broth. Cover the skillet and let the dumplings simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the soup dumplings in a bowl. Top with the remaining chopped green onions, a drizzle of coconut aminos or soy sauce, a sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning, and a spoonful of crunchy onion chili if desired.
