- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder for chantilly cream
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the matcha genoise cake batter by whisking 4 eggs with 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons of matcha powder, and gently fold in 1 cup of flour.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x9-inch cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
