Viral One-Pot Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 13.5 oz coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 bunch bok choy roughly chopped
  • 1 packet frozen dumplings porch & chive
  • 0 chili oil to taste
  • 0 sesame seeds to taste
  • 0 spring onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe dish, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, white miso paste, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, sriracha, and honey. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy to the dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Place the frozen dumplings on top of the bok choy.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 355°F (180°C). After 12 minutes, flip the dumplings and spoon some sauce over them to ensure they stay moist and flavorful.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and top with chili oil, sesame seeds, and chopped spring onion.
