Viral One-Pot Dumplings

Ingredients
- 13.5 oz coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 bunch bok choy roughly chopped
- 1 packet frozen dumplings porch & chive
- 0 chili oil to taste
- 0 sesame seeds to taste
- 0 spring onion chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C).
- In a large oven-safe dish, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, white miso paste, sesame oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, sriracha, and honey. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add the chopped bok choy to the dish and spread it out evenly.
- Place the frozen dumplings on top of the bok choy.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 355°F (180°C). After 12 minutes, flip the dumplings and spoon some sauce over them to ensure they stay moist and flavorful.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and top with chili oil, sesame seeds, and chopped spring onion.
