Churro Cheesecake
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a cinnamon-sugar kick, wrapped in golden crescent dough. Perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth, especially on Father's Day.

Ingredients
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 3 egg
- 0.5 tbsp vanilla extract
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 0 cinnamon pinch
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
- 0.25 cup cinnamon sugar mix
- 1 crescent roll dough sheet
- 0 cheesecake filling
- 1 crescent roll dough sheet
- 0.25 cup cinnamon sugar mix
- 0 fresh strawberries sliced
- 0 sweetened condensed milk drizzled
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 3 blocks of softened cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, 3 eggs, ½ tbsp vanilla extract, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, ⅓ cup sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup sugar with ½ tbsp cinnamon.
- Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on the bottom of the pan.
- Lay one crescent roll sheet over the cinnamon sugar.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the dough and spread evenly.
- Place the second crescent dough sheet on top, then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes. Let cool in the fridge for at least 3–4 hours before slicing.
- Top with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of condensed milk if desired.
