Honey Butter Chicken
Juicy chicken marinated and cooked to perfection, smothered in an addictive honey butter sauce. A simple yet delicious meal ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 0 Marinated Chicken from previous step
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0 Cooked Chicken from previous steps
- 0 Honey Butter Sauce from previous steps
- 2 cups White Rice
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in an air fryer at 375°F or in a preheated oven set to the same temperature until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- Prepare the honey butter sauce by combining soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and water in a saucepan.
- Add butter to the saucepan and reduce the sauce until it becomes sticky and coats the back of a spoon.
- Pour the honey butter sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve the honey butter chicken with steamed rice and your choice of vegetables.
