Honey Butter Chicken

Honey Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 0 Marinated Chicken from previous step
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0 Cooked Chicken from previous steps
  • 0 Honey Butter Sauce from previous steps
  • 2 cups White Rice
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in an air fryer at 375°F or in a preheated oven set to the same temperature until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the honey butter sauce by combining soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and water in a saucepan.
  4. Add butter to the saucepan and reduce the sauce until it becomes sticky and coats the back of a spoon.
  5. Pour the honey butter sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve the honey butter chicken with steamed rice and your choice of vegetables.
