Garlic Shrimp Rolls
Garlic Shrimp Rolls inspired by two lobster roll styles with a bold & flavorful twist. These are perfect for dinner or as mini appetizers.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp large, raw
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic herb seasoning
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 unit lemon squeezed
- 4 brioche buns large
- 3 tbsp garlic butter
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup garlic aioli
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 tbsp chives diced
- 4 leaves butter lettuce
- 1 tbsp chives extra
- 0.5 unit lemon
- 2 tsp Old Bay hot sauce
- 0.25 cup garlic aioli
- 1 tbsp chives extra
Instructions
- Marinate raw large shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, Old Bay, garlic herb seasoning, and paprika.
- Sauté shrimp in a skillet with butter and squeeze of lemon.
- Brush garlic butter over brioche buns and bake at 375°F for 4-5 minutes to toast.
- Add half of the cooked shrimp to a bowl to cool. Once shrimp are cool, mix in mayo, garlic aioli, diced celery, and chives.
- Main-Style: Fill brioche bun with butter lettuce, shrimp mixture, and more chives.
- Connecticut-Style: Fill brioche bun with warm shrimp, add a squeeze of lemon, garlic aioli, Old Bay hot sauce, and chives.
