Gochujang Butter Eggs
Deliciously soft-boiled eggs coated in a savory and spicy gochujang butter sauce, perfect for serving with rice.

Ingredients
- 3 egg for soft boiling
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion chopped
- 0 rice cooked
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled consistency.
- Peel the soft-boiled eggs and set them aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water to the saucepan. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the peeled eggs in the gochujang butter sauce until they are well-coated.
- Serve the gochujang butter eggs over a bed of rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
