Gelatina de Mazapán
A creamy and rich gelatin dessert made with mazapanes, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and media crema. Perfect for anyone who loves the peanut butter-like flavor of mazapan.

Ingredients
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can media crema
- 8 mazapan broken into pieces
- 4 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 0 gelatin mixture prepared
- 0 cooking spray
- 1 mazapan crumbled
Instructions
- In a blender, combine two cans of evaporated milk, one can of sweetened condensed milk, one can of media crema, and eight mazapanes. Blend until smooth.
- Dissolve four packets of unflavored gelatin in one cup of boiling water.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender with the milk mixture and blend again until everything is well combined.
- Lightly grease the gelatin mold with cooking spray and remove excess oil with a paper towel.
- Pour the blended mixture through a strainer into the prepared mold to eliminate any lumps.
- Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Remove the gelatin from the mold by gently loosening the edges and flipping it onto a serving plate.
- Crumble an extra mazapan on top for garnish and serve.
