Lemongrass Chili Shrimp
Bright and flavorful lemongrass chili shrimp perfect for a quick grill session, served alongside rice, grilled steak, and a big salad for a delightful dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 inches white stalk of lemongrass roughly chopped
- 1 inch ginger roughly chopped
- 1 thai chilis seeds removed and roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro packed
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole lime juiced
- 1.5 lbs jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Combine lemongrass, ginger, Thai chilis, garlic, cilantro, tamari, olive oil, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until the aromatics are roughly chopped.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss well to coat all the shrimp evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat the grill to the highest temperature. Grill the marinated shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn pink with some charring.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and serve immediately.
