Trader Joe's Burrata and Tomato Ravioloni with Spicy Vodka Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 0.33 cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp Calabrian chili
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.75 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 boxes Tomato & Burrata Ravioloni
- 0 pasta water reserved
- 8.8 oz burrata
- 0 flaky salt
- 0 black pepper
Instructions
- Melt the salted butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add tomato paste and crushed Calabrian chilies to the skillet. Stir and cook until the mixture turns a deep red color.
- Deglaze the pan with vodka, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Allow the alcohol to cook off.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, and salt to the skillet. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in half the grated parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce.
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Combine cooked ravioli and reserved pasta water with the sauce. Toss until ravioli are coated evenly.
- Serve ravioloni topped with burrata, a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt, and a crack of fresh pepper.
