Ingredients
- 3 cups pancake mix
- 2.25 cups milk
- 2 units eggs
- 1 sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 Blueberries
- 1 Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of pancake mix, 2 1/4 cups of milk, 2 eggs, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Add your favorite toppings like blueberries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.
