Sheet Pan-Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 2.25 cups milk
  • 2 units eggs
  • 1 sprinkle cinnamon
  • 1 Blueberries
  • 1 Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of pancake mix, 2 1/4 cups of milk, 2 eggs, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Add your favorite toppings like blueberries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
  6. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.
