Cook time: 25 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lemongrass finely chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 stalks green onions finely chopped
- 0 salt to taste
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Using the back of a knife, flatten the pork chops. Then, slice up some slits along the fat to ensure the pork chops are extra tender.
- Marinate the pork chops with oyster sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, finely chopped lemongrass, and a pinch of sugar for at least 15 minutes.
- While the pork chops are marinating, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine finely chopped green onions and a pinch of salt. Heat oil in a small saucepan until hot and pour over the green onions.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry the marinated pork chops for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and golden brown.
