Air Fryer Lemongrass Pork Chops

Cook time: 25 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 stalks green onions finely chopped
  • 0 salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Using the back of a knife, flatten the pork chops. Then, slice up some slits along the fat to ensure the pork chops are extra tender.
  2. Marinate the pork chops with oyster sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, finely chopped lemongrass, and a pinch of sugar for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the pork chops are marinating, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine finely chopped green onions and a pinch of salt. Heat oil in a small saucepan until hot and pour over the green onions.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry the marinated pork chops for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and golden brown.
