Ingredients
- 10 oz bacon
- 10 oz bacon
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 2 tbsp bacon grease
- 1 lb pasta
- 1.5 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2.5 tsp onion powder
- 2.5 tsp dried oregano
- 2.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 10 oz bacon
- 1 lb pasta
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup parsley
Instructions
- Dice 8-12 oz of bacon into small pieces.
- In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Pat 2 lb of chicken breast dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken pieces with 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp black pepper.
- Cook the seasoned chicken in the bacon grease over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 1 lb of your preferred pasta as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 1-2 tbsp garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- Add 2 cups of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chicken broth, 1 packet of ranch seasoning, 2-3 tsp garlic powder, 2-3 tsp onion powder, 2-3 tsp dried oregano, and 2-3 tsp smoked paprika to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked chicken and bacon back to the skillet with the sauce, stirring to combine.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and meat mixture in the skillet.
- Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
