Firecracker Crispy Beef Rice Bowl
A quick and easy high-protein dinner featuring crispy caramelized beef in a spicy firecracker sauce, served with charred broccoli over white rice.

Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 500 grams beef mince
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 red chili sliced
- 1 cup firecracker sauce
- 2 cups broccoli charred
- 4 cups white rice cooked
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the firecracker sauce. Set aside.
- In a pan over medium-high heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft.
- Add the beef mince to the pan and cook until it is browned all over.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and the sliced red chili to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
- Pour in the firecracker sauce and cook the beef on high heat until it begins to caramelize and turn crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the crispy beef with charred broccoli over cooked white rice. Garnish as desired.
