Luc's Famous Spinach Quiche
This spinach quiche is going to be your new favorite go to meal. It's perfect to make ahead of time and it's loaded with so much flavor. You can eat it at breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup white onion chopped
- 4 cups spinach fresh
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped onions and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs until well blended. Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked spinach and onions to the egg mixture. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
