Honey Chili Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breast cubed
- 0 salt to taste
- 0 black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 sprays avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 unit white onion chopped
- 1 unit green bell pepper chopped
- 1 unit red bell pepper chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Spray with avocado oil.
- Air fry the seasoned chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by combining dark soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, water, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Saute the onions and bell peppers for a few minutes.
- Add the sauce to the sauteed vegetables and cook for a few more minutes until thickened.
- Add minced garlic and cooked chicken to the sauce and vegetable mix. Cook for an additional few minutes.
