Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breast cubed
  • 0 salt to taste
  • 0 black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 sprays avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 unit white onion chopped
  • 1 unit green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 unit red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Spray with avocado oil.
  3. Air fry the seasoned chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce by combining dark soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, water, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  5. Saute the onions and bell peppers for a few minutes.
  6. Add the sauce to the sauteed vegetables and cook for a few more minutes until thickened.
  7. Add minced garlic and cooked chicken to the sauce and vegetable mix. Cook for an additional few minutes.
