Italian Grinder Sliders
Italian Grinder Sliders!! The best little bite for a crowd. Perfect for parties or a fun dinner option. These sliders combine rich meats with a fresh grinder salad.

Ingredients
- 1 pack King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices salami
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 12 slices turkey
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp parsley
- 0.5 tsp minced garlic
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 0.25 tsp red chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp parsley
- 0.25 cup pepperoncini
- 0.25 cup red onion
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
- Layer the bottom half of the rolls with slices of salami, pepperoni, and turkey.
- Place 6 slices of provolone cheese evenly over the meat.
- Replace the top half of the rolls and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl.
- Stir garlic salt, parsley, and minced garlic into the melted butter.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
- While the sliders bake, prepare the grinder salad. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, red wine vinegar, garlic and herb seasoning, red chili flakes, and parsley.
- Add the pepperoncini, red onions, and shredded lettuce to the dressing and toss until evenly coated.
- When the rolls are done baking, remove the top buns and spread the grinder salad evenly over the meat and cheese layers.
- Replace the top buns and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
- Slice the assembled rolls into individual sliders and serve warm.
