Italian Grinder Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 12 slices turkey
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
  • 0.5 tsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp red chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp parsley
  • 0.25 cup pepperoncini
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
  3. Layer the bottom half of the rolls with slices of salami, pepperoni, and turkey.
  4. Place 6 slices of provolone cheese evenly over the meat.
  5. Replace the top half of the rolls and set aside.
  6. Melt the butter in a small bowl.
  7. Stir garlic salt, parsley, and minced garlic into the melted butter.
  8. Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  9. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. While the sliders bake, prepare the grinder salad. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, red wine vinegar, garlic and herb seasoning, red chili flakes, and parsley.
  11. Add the pepperoncini, red onions, and shredded lettuce to the dressing and toss until evenly coated.
  12. When the rolls are done baking, remove the top buns and spread the grinder salad evenly over the meat and cheese layers.
  13. Replace the top buns and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
  14. Slice the assembled rolls into individual sliders and serve warm.
