Viral Dumpling Bake
A delicious viral dumpling bake featuring pre-made frozen dumplings, fresh spinach, and a rich, creamy coconut milk sauce with red curry paste. Topped with fresh cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili oil crunch for an added burst of flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2.5 tbsps red curry paste
- 3 tbsps tamari
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2.5 cups fresh spinach
- 18 pieces pre-made frozen dumplings
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chili oil crunch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a 9x13 casserole dish, add 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil, 2.5 tablespoons of red curry paste, 3 tablespoons of tamari, 2 cloves of freshly minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
- Add 2-3 cups of fresh spinach to the casserole dish with the sauce mixture. Toss lightly to coat the spinach evenly.
- Arrange 15-20 pre-made frozen dumplings on top of the spinach and sauce in the casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the bake is finishing, chop a small bunch of fresh cilantro.
- Remove the casserole dish from the oven.
- Sprinkle the baked dish with the chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil crunch.
- Serve hot, optionally over rice with some extra sauce.
