Seattle Style Hotdogs
A flavorful hot dog topped with sautéed onions and jalapenos, and slathered with cream cheese, inspired by late-night cravings in Seattle.

Ingredients
- 2 medium white onion
- 2 large jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 medium white onion sliced
- 4 spicy beef sausage
- 4 hotdog bun
- 8 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 spicy beef sausage
- 2 medium white onion sautéed
- 2 large jalapeno sliced
Instructions
- Slice the onions and jalapenos.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil and butter. Sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
- Grill the sausages over medium-high heat until they're fully cooked and have a nice char on the outside.
- Toast the hotdog buns until they are golden brown.
- Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each toasted bun.
- Place the grilled sausages into the cream cheese-smeared buns. Top with sautéed onions and sliced jalapenos.
