Cherry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 5 cups pitted cherries
  • 0.33 cups white sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 medium lemon lemon juice
  • 1 cups rolled oats
  • 0.67 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0 vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In an oven safe dish, add cherries, white sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix to fully combine and spread into an even layer.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt. Mix to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the cherry filling and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy this beautiful summer dessert!
