Honey BBQ Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken breast
- 1 tbsp salt/pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic/onion powder
- 2 tsps paprika
- 0.25 cup egg whites
- 1 cup plain unflavored cornflakes

- 3 tbsps low calorie bbq sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 4 pieces chicken breast
- 4 pieces low calorie slider bread
- 5 tsps honey bbq sauce
- 16 slices pickle slices
- 4 pieces low calorie slider bread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a sharp knife, trim any excess fat from the 4 pieces of chicken breast.
- Season the chicken breasts evenly with 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of garlic/onion powder, and 2 tsps of paprika.
- In a shallow bowl, beat 1/4 cup of egg whites.
- Crush 1 cup of plain unflavored cornflakes into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a sealed plastic bag.
- Dip each piece of seasoned chicken breast in the egg whites, then coat completely with the crushed cornflakes.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, combine 3 tbsps of low calorie BBQ sauce, 1 tsp of honey, and 1 tsp of hot sauce. Heat over low heat until warmed through.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a cooked chicken breast piece on each of the 4 pieces of low calorie slider bread.
- Drizzle the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken pieces.
- Add 4 pickle slices on top of each chicken piece.
- Top each slider with the other half of the slider bread and serve immediately.
