Garlic Miso Udon
A simple and delicious Garlic Miso Udon recipe that is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. This dish combines the rich flavors of garlic and miso with the texture of udon noodles.

Ingredients
- 2 pack udon
- 6 clove garlic cloves
- 50 grams unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder
- 0.25 teaspoon MSG
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
- Add 2 packs of udon noodles to the boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes until they are tender.
- Drain the udon noodles and set them aside.
- Peel and finely mince 5-6 garlic cloves.
- In a large pan, melt 50 grams of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the drained udon noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of miso paste. Mix well until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Optionally, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the noodles and stir to combine.
- Season the noodles with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder, and a pinch of MSG to taste.
- Serve the Garlic Miso Udon hot with your protein of choice.
