Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad
This buffalo chicken pasta salad packs so much flavor. Made with simple ingredients, it is perfect to have as an easy weeknight dinner or to prep for lunch.

Ingredients
- 250 grams pasta
- 0 salt to taste
- 2000 ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pieces chicken breasts
- 250 grams pasta
- 2 pieces shredded chicken
- 120 ml buffalo sauce
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 medium red onions diced
- 150 grams cherry tomatoes halved
- 100 grams blue cheese crumbled
- 0 salt to taste
- 0 black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until they are no longer pink in the center and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes. Then, shred the chicken.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Add the diced celery, red onions, and cherry tomatoes to the pasta mixture. Toss to distribute the vegetables evenly.
- Add the blue cheese crumbles to the salad and gently mix. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
