Bundt Pancake Cake

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 0.25 cup castor sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 0 whipped cream to taste
- 0 fresh berries to taste
- 0 honey to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, corn flour, castor sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, water, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Grease a Bundt tin and pour the batter into the tin evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving warm.
- Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.
