4th of July Fruit Sugar Cookie Pizza
A simple and festive dessert idea for the 4th of July, featuring a sugar cookie base topped with white icing, blueberries, strawberries, and cool whip.

Ingredients
- 1 package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup white icing store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 0.5 cup cool whip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the sugar cookie dough package.
- Roll out the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough onto a circle or square baking dish.
- Bake the cookie dough in the preheated oven on a circle or square baking dish as per package instructions until the edges start to brown.
- Allow the cookie base to cool completely before adding any toppings.
- Spread white icing evenly over the cooled cookie base.
- Decorate with blueberries and sliced strawberries on top of the icing.
- Pipe cool whip over the fruit topping using a plastic bag with the end cut off.
