Crispy Tuna Rice Balls with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
- 3.53 oz white rice cooked
- 2.82 oz canned tuna drained
- 1.41 oz cream cheese or robiola
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0 black pepper to taste
- 0 teriyaki sauce Kikkoman Marinated
- 0 panko breadcrumbs as needed
- 0 paprika to taste
- 0 rosemary to taste
- 0 olive oil for drizzling
- 0 teriyaki sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, canned tuna, cream cheese, finely chopped green onions, mayonnaise, black pepper, and teriyaki marinade sauce.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using lightly oiled hands. Coat each ball with panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and rosemary.
- Preheat the air fryer. Arrange the rice balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil.
- Cook the rice balls in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the crispy rice balls warm, decorated with your favorite herbs, and enjoy dipped in additional teriyaki sauce.
