Hot Honey Halloumi Pasta
A delicious blend of spicy and creamy flavors with hot honey halloumi and seasoned chicken, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz chicken breast diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0 oil spray for coating
- 2.1 oz pasta
- 150 ml water pasta water reserved
- 0 oil spray for frying
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 cherry tomatoes whole
- 1.06 oz cream cheese
- 0.25 chicken stock cube crumbled
- 0 chili flakes to taste
- 1.06 oz halloumi sliced
- 1 tbsp hot honey for drizzling
- 0 chili flakes optional
- 0 parsley chopped, for garnish
- 0 chili flakes optional
Instructions
- Season the chicken with paprika, garlic salt, and onion powder. Spray with oil and mix well.
- Cook pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Save 150ml of pasta water for later use.
- Spray a pan with oil and fry the chicken for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes along with a dash of water. Allow the tomatoes to blister and break down.
- Add cream cheese and a quarter of a chicken stock cube to the pan. Pour in 150ml of reserved pasta water and let the sauce simmer until it thickens. Add cooked pasta and toss well. Sprinkle with chili flakes for a kick.
- In a separate pan, fry the halloumi until browned. Drizzle hot honey over the cooked halloumi and sprinkle with additional chili flakes if desired.
- Assemble the dish by placing the chicken pasta in a bowl, topping with the halloumi, and garnishing with fresh parsley and extra chili flakes if desired.
