Ingredients
- 1 whole Sourdough Pizza Crust or store-bought
- 2 cups Peaches frozen or fresh, sliced
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter room temperature
- 0.33 cup All Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
- 1.5 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by either making it from scratch using sourdough starter or using store-bought pizza dough.
- Caramelize the peaches by adding them to a small pot with coconut sugar. Cook for 10 minutes until slightly thickened, then cool completely.
- Prepare the cobbler topping by mixing butter, flour, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl until crumbs form.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F or prepare your wood-fired pizza oven. Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza stone.
- Top the rolled-out dough with the cooled caramelized peaches. Sprinkle the cobbler topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 14-16 minutes until the crust is golden brown or in a wood-fired oven for 5-6 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, vanilla extract, honey, and 1-2 tbsp of milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the baked pizza while it's still warm, slice, and enjoy!
