Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp honey
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 17 pieces frozen dumplings
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp scallions
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a bowl, combine gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, lite soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and coconut milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in a large baking dish. Pour the prepared sauce over the dumplings, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover the baking dish with foil to prevent the sauce from reducing too much. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the dumplings are tender and cooked through.
- Optional: Remove the foil and broil on high for 2-3 minutes for crispy edges.
- Garnish the baked dumplings with sesame seeds, thinly sliced scallions, chopped parsley, and chili crisp.
- Serve the baked dumplings hot with rice and/or sautéed vegetables.
