Brisket Chili
A hearty one-pot brisket chili featuring smoked brisket, a variety of tomatoes, and a spice blend that gives an authentic chili flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1 onion
- 1 1 bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 pounds 2 pounds of chili meat
- 1 can Fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 29 oz Crushed tomatoes
- 18 oz Tomato paste
- 1 can 1 can of stewed tomatoes
- 3.5 tablespoons chili powder
- 0 Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and cumin
- 32 ounces Beef stock
- 1 pound Smoket brisket
Instructions
- Slice 1 onion and 1 bell pepper into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers to the pot and sauté until tender.
- Add 2 pounds of chili meat to the pot and brown.
- Remove all fat from the pot.
- Add fire roasted diced tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and stewed tomatoes. Add all seasonings and mix well.
- Add Beef Stock. Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
- Let the pot simmer for 2 hours.
- Add 1 pound of cooked brisket and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.
