Cook time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes into fries. Place in an ice bath for 15–20 minutes.
- Drain and dry thoroughly with paper towels — fries must be very dry for crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss fries with garlic powder, seasoning salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and avocado oil until evenly coated.
- Arrange fries in the air fryer basket in an even layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry at 400°F for 30–35 minutes, tossing/shaking the basket every 8–10 minutes until fries are golden and crispy.
- While fries are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, pressed garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley. Chill until ready to serve.
- Melt butter in the microwave with minced garlic and garlic salt until fragrant.
- Once fries are done, drizzle with garlic butter, then toss with Parmesan cheese and parsley until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with garlic aioli, extra Parmesan, and parsley for garnish.
