Chili Oil Prawn Pasta

Ingredients
- 10 pieces Argentinian shrimp
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 1 piece shallot
- 80 g pasta
- 0.25 cup pasta water
- 0 chili oil
- 0 chili flakes
- 10 pieces Argentinian shrimp
- 80 g cooked pasta
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- 0.25 cup pasta water
- 0 salt
- 0 pepper
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients. Clean and devein the Argentinian shrimp. Mince the garlic cloves and chop the shallot.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Save 1/4 cup of pasta water for later use.
- In a large pan, heat the chili oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped shallot, and chili flakes. Cook until fragrant.
- Add the Argentinian shrimp to the pan. Cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Mix well to ensure the pasta is fully coated with the chili oil mixture.
- Add the heavy cream to the pan. Stir well to combine with the pasta and shrimp.
- Gradually add the reserved pasta water to the pan, stirring constantly, until the pasta reaches your desired consistency.
- Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Serve the Chili Oil Prawn Pasta hot. Enjoy your meal.
