  • 1 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cups shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cups fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.25 cups green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 0 salt to taste
  • 0 black pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless chops pork chop cubes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 0 wooden or metal skewers soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, hoisin sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the pork chop cubes and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork chop cubes onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
