Brazilian Steak Crostinis
Brazilian Steak Crostinis is a delicious appetizer that combines the flavors of Picanha steak, Brazilian Steak Seasoning, and a homemade chimichurri sauce served on toasted baguette slices.

Ingredients
- 1 Picanha steak
- 1 to taste Brazilian Steak Seasoning
- 0.5 red diced onion
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red pepper chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 dash Brazilian Steak seasoning
- 1 baguette loaf
- 1 garnish Parmesan
Instructions
- Start grill or wood fire.
- Cut Picanha into 2 inch thick slices.
- Season slices generously with Brazilian Steak seasoning and line them onto some skewers, making a u-shape for each steak.
- Cook over the flame until internal temperature reads 120F and allow to rest.
- While that rests, combine all ingredients for the chimichurri.
- Slice up baguette loaf. Oil and toast until golden brown.
- Cut steak into slices that can fit onto the bread and top with chimichurri, garnish with parmesan.
