Brazilian Steak Crostinis

Brazilian Steak Crostinis is a delicious appetizer that combines the flavors of Picanha steak, Brazilian Steak Seasoning, and a homemade chimichurri sauce served on toasted baguette slices.

Brazilian Steak Crostinis

Cook time: 60 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 Picanha steak
  • 1 to taste Brazilian Steak Seasoning
  • 0.5 red diced onion
  • 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red pepper chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 dash Brazilian Steak seasoning
  • 1 baguette loaf
  • 1 garnish Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Start grill or wood fire.
  2. Cut Picanha into 2 inch thick slices.
  3. Season slices generously with Brazilian Steak seasoning and line them onto some skewers, making a u-shape for each steak.
  4. Cook over the flame until internal temperature reads 120F and allow to rest.
  5. While that rests, combine all ingredients for the chimichurri.
  6. Slice up baguette loaf. Oil and toast until golden brown.
  7. Cut steak into slices that can fit onto the bread and top with chimichurri, garnish with parmesan.
