Chicken Sliders With Caesar Salad And Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp ChosenFoods avocado oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 piece egg
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 for frying ChosenFoods avocado oil
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 0.5 cup ChosenFoods Caesar dressing
  • 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup chosen foods mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 15 pieces slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder on both sides. Drizzle oil on top, mix and set aside.
  2. Prepare dry batter: In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, mix and set aside.
  3. Prepare wet batter: In a bowl crack an egg, add water whisk until combined.
  4. Prepare breadcrumbs: In another bowl add breadcrumbs and dried parsley mix and set aside.
  5. Coat the chicken in dry batter then in wet batter repeat the process by coating in dry batter followed by the wet batter. Lastly coat the chicken in breadcrumbs making sure it’s evenly coated.
  6. Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 360 F. Fry chicken in batches for 3-5 min or until the internal temp reaches 165 F.
  7. In a bowl add lettuce, drizzle ChosenFoods Caesar dressing. Grated Parmesan cheese on top and mix to combine.
  8. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice and parsley.
  9. Toast buns and assemble by applying garlic aioli on the bottom bun, followed by the chicken and Caesar salad close the bun and serve.
