- 50 g butter
- 6 cloves garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Using paper towels, pat the chicken wings until they are completely dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the dried chicken wings with 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, white pepper, salt, chicken seasoning powder, and baking powder. Mix until the wings are evenly coated.
- Let the marinated chicken wings rest for 15–30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Arrange the chicken wings on an oven-safe tray with the skin side down.

- After 25 minutes, flip the wings and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Once the wings are done baking, toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Grate Parmesan cheese over the wings and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve the wings hot and enjoy!
