Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Cook time: 40 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp chicken seasoning powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g chicken wings
  • 50 g butter
  • 6 cloves garlic cloves
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Using paper towels, pat the chicken wings until they are completely dry.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the dried chicken wings with 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, white pepper, salt, chicken seasoning powder, and baking powder. Mix until the wings are evenly coated.
  4. Let the marinated chicken wings rest for 15–30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Arrange the chicken wings on an oven-safe tray with the skin side down.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. After 25 minutes, flip the wings and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  9. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  10. Once the wings are done baking, toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
  11. Grate Parmesan cheese over the wings and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  12. Serve the wings hot and enjoy!
