Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 lb jumbo shrimp
  • 0.5 lb cooked shrimp
  • 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts
  • 14 oz cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2.25 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp cayenne
  • 1.5 tsp sazón
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 10 oz lump crab
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  3. In a medium pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the jumbo shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, and all seasonings.
  7. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and the juice of one lemon into the mixture.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  11. Allow the dip to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve warm with your choice of chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
