30 Minute Crispy Thai Peanut Chicken Ramen
Homemade ramen with sesame chicken, lots of garlic butter spooned over the creamiest peanutty ramen.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 cups chicken bone broth
- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 0.25 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 0.33 cup creamy peanut butter
- 0.25 cup Thai red curry paste
- 2 cups kale
- 1 piece bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 3 squares ramen noodles
- 0.33 cup fresh basil or cilantro
Instructions
- Slice the boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts.
- Coat the sliced chicken with flour or cornstarch.
- Melt the salted butter in a pan and add the chopped garlic.
- Add the sesame seeds to the pan.
- Pour in the chicken bone broth, coconut milk, tamari or soy sauce, and fish sauce.
- Stir in the creamy peanut butter and Thai red curry paste.
- Add the chopped kale, chopped bell pepper, and grated ginger to the pan.
- Add the ramen noodles to the pan and cook until soft.
- Garnish the ramen with fresh basil or cilantro before serving.
