Fried Shrimp Curry
A quick and easy Japanese curry made with curry cubes and paired with Panko fried shrimp. A dish that everyone will surely love.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 0.75 cup onion
- 0.5 whole tomato
- 1 medium potato
- 2 medium carrots
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 cubes Japanese curry cubes
- 1 serving white rice
- 1 serving Panko crusted shrimp
- 1 serving green onions
- 1 serving sesame seeds
Instructions
- Sauté onions and tomato in oil until translucent.
- Add potato and carrots to the sautéed onions and tomato.
- Add water and cover the pot to allow the veggies to soften.
- Once the potatoes and carrots are slightly soft add the ketchup and curry cubes. Mix the curry so that the curry cubes dissolve.
- Turn the heat to low and cover the pot. Bring the curry to a simmer and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the curry with white rice, fried shrimp, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
